Construction Electrical Engineer – Relocation

About the role

We are seeking a Construction Electrical Engineer to lead the planning, coordination and execution of all electrical and electromechanical works across our diverse portfolio of infrastructure, building and airport projects. The role combines hands‑on installation with full responsibility for quality, safety, budget and schedule compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, supervise and control all electrical and electromechanical activities on site.
• Provide professional guidance to execution teams, subcontractors and maintenance personnel, solving on‑site problems.
• Coordinate design with consultants, planners, suppliers and project teams.
• Review engineering plans, specifications and drawings for compliance.
• Check quantities, bills and payment requests of subcontractors and suppliers.
• Participate in tender preparation, technical analysis and proposal drafting.
• Procure equipment and materials, evaluate technical alternatives and approve suitability.
• Monitor schedule, execution quality and budget for the electrical scope.
• Implement safety procedures, quality standards and relevant regulations.
• Handle engineering faults and deliver professional solutions during execution.
• Prepare As‑Made drawings and handover documentation.
• Oversee maintenance of electrical and electromechanical systems during defect liability period.
• Recruit, train and develop local electrical staff.

Required profile

• Certified Electrical Engineer from a recognized institution.
• Professional registration and licensing as required by law.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical and electromechanical work on infrastructure, building, airport or industrial projects.
• Proven ability to manage large‑scale construction projects and lead multidisciplinary teams.
