Technical Supervisor – Elevator Installation & Site Management

About the role

The Technical Supervisor will lead elevator installation projects across Accra and Lome, ensuring that all work meets technical, safety and quality standards. You will act as the primary technical liaison for clients and coordinate field engineers on multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise field engineers and coordinate installation activities across multiple sites.
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with OEM and safety standards.
• Manage project timelines, site readiness assessments, and commissioning processes.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for clients and project stakeholders.
• Train and mentor technical teams while maintaining proper documentation and reporting.

Required profile

• HND or B.Eng. in Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in elevator installation, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong expertise in traction, MRL, hydraulic or vacuum elevator systems.
• OEM elevator certification from recognized brands is highly preferred.
