Cook – Full-time Shift (4pm‑12am) in Accra

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Cook to join our kitchen team in Accra. The successful candidate will work the 4 pm‑12 am shift, preparing meals, managing inventory, and supporting menu planning for our restaurant.

Key responsibilities

• Plan menu items in consultation with the Director and create recipes.
• Prepare and cook food items, ensuring quality and timely service.
• Develop a shopping budget and conduct food purchases at the start of business.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the POS system and track food waste.
• Perform regular inventory checks and update stock levels.

Required profile

• Reside in Osu, Labone, Labadi, Cantonments, or Teshi areas.
• Possess a bank account, valid ID card, and SSNIT number.
• Available to work the 4 pm‑12 am shift.
• Experience in kitchen operations and food preparation.

Required skills

• POS system usage for inventory management.

What we offer

• GHC 2,000 per month, payable on the 15th for the previous month.
