Customer Service & Communications Manager

About the role

The Business Executive is seeking a dynamic professional to lead customer service operations and manage communications for its award programmes in the entertainment, events and sport sector. You will act as the primary liaison for participants, partners, nominees and the public, ensuring seamless interaction across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inquiries from participants, partners and the public via email, phone and social media.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns for award programmes, creating written and visual content for online platforms.
• Maintain and update the company website, newsletters and event promotion materials.
• Conduct background research on potential honorees, industry trends and international partners.
• Draft speeches, official correspondence and press releases.
• Support the creation and coordination of professional networks, associations or chambers linked to the award initiative.
• Engage with embassies, trade bodies and corporate institutions to develop partnership proposals and maintain stakeholder databases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, International Relations or a related field.
• Minimum three years of relevant experience (mid‑level).
• Excellent writing, editing and presentation abilities.
• Strong research, analytical and stakeholder‑relation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Diplomatic and culturally sensitive communication style.
