Data Analyst, Customer Support

About the role

As a Customer Support Data Analyst at Bolt, you will turn support data into actionable insights that improve decision‑making and strengthen the support function. You will automate data flows, spot trends, and partner with multiple teams to deliver clear, data‑driven recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports for Customer Support.
• Review performance data, identify issues and trends, and present insights to leadership.
• Monitor data quality across pipelines, dashboards, and source systems, resolving reporting issues.
• Develop and maintain Looker models, dashboards, and persistent derived tables (PDTs) with a focus on usability and automation.
• Collaborate with Operations and Engineering on data integration, governance, and compliance requests.
• Provide historical analysis to support forecasting, capacity planning, and peak‑season preparation.

Required profile

• Practical experience in data analytics, preferably with customer‑support or operations data.
• Strong SQL skills; familiarity with Python or R is a plus.
• Experience with Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders and deliver clear reports.
• Understanding of data warehouses, pipelines, data models, and data quality concepts.
