Data Management Assistant (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail‑oriented Data Management Assistant to support daily data operations. The role is fully remote and focuses on ensuring that all information stored in spreadsheets, databases and internal systems is accurate, consistent, and up to date.

Key responsibilities

• Enter, update, organize and maintain data across multiple databases, spreadsheets and internal platforms.
• Review information for accuracy, completeness and consistency; identify and correct errors, duplicates and inconsistencies.
• Perform regular data validation, quality checks and data‑related audits.
• Organize digital files, records and documentation; assist with data imports, exports and system updates.
• Collect, consolidate and format information from various sources into reports and summaries.
• Research missing or inconsistent information and update records accordingly.
• Follow established data‑management procedures and handle confidential information responsibly.
• Support team members with data‑related requests and administrative tasks while meeting deadlines.

Required profile

• Previous experience in data management, data entry, administrative support or related operations.
• Strong attention to detail, high accuracy and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage repetitive tasks and meet multiple priorities.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote‑work setup.
• Professional, proactive and methodical attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets.
• Experience working with databases and digital information systems.
