Data Processing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail‑oriented Data Processing Specialist to manage, process, and maintain accurate data across our internal systems. The role involves handling large volumes of information, ensuring data quality, and supporting reporting activities.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, process, organize and maintain data from multiple sources.
• Enter and update information accurately in databases, spreadsheets and internal systems.
• Review data for accuracy, completeness, consistency and proper formatting.
• Identify and correct inconsistencies, errors and duplicates.
• Perform data validation and quality checks before finalisation.
• Prepare spreadsheets, reports and data summaries as required.
• Assist with data imports, exports, migrations and system updates.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
