Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are a fast‑growing printing and branding company seeking a results‑driven Digital Marketing Manager to shape and execute our online strategy. The role will lead digital campaigns that boost brand awareness, generate qualified leads and enhance customer engagement across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding and audience interaction.
• Create, schedule and oversee high‑quality digital content such as graphics, videos, blogs and promotional campaigns.
• Plan and run paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn and TikTok.
• Monitor performance with analytics tools, providing insights to improve ROI.
• Lead SEO and SEM initiatives to increase online visibility.
• Design and execute email marketing programs to nurture leads and retain customers.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to generate qualified leads.
• Track industry trends, competitor activity and emerging digital technologies.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and recommend continuous improvements.
• Manage the digital marketing budget to maximize campaign effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within printing, advertising or branding.
• Professional certifications in Google, Meta, HubSpot or similar platforms are a plus.
• Demonstrated success in managing digital campaigns with measurable outcomes.
