End-to-End Project Manager – Manufacturing

About the role

Nestlé Ghana Limited is looking for an End-to-End Project Manager to lead and optimise the manufacturing value chain for its beverage processing operations. You will be at the heart of the factory, ensuring safety, quality, cost and service targets are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end manufacturing value stream, driving safety, quality, cost and service excellence.
• Champion Total Performance Management (TPM), Lean practices and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Standardise and optimise production processes, systems and controls for efficiency and consistency.
• Coach and empower cross‑functional teams, fostering inclusion, collaboration and accountability.
• Partner with Safety, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, HR, Finance and Engineering to deliver aligned business outcomes.
• Use data‑led decision making and digital tools to enhance operational performance.
• Develop and mentor departmental teams to build capability and engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Processing, Manufacturing, Operations Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in FMCG or manufacturing environments.
• Strong commercial acumen and proven execution excellence.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire and develop high‑performing, inclusive teams.
• Resilient, agile with a strong sense of ownership and an entrepreneurial mindset.
