Fashion E-Commerce Designer – Tailor Liaison Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Fashion E-Commerce Designer-Tailor Liaison Specialist to grow Ananse’s marketplace in Accra. The role connects fashion designers, tailors and merchants with our digital platform, helping them transition to online sales.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a pipeline of tailors, designers and creative merchants for the Ananse marketplace.
• Promote Ananse as the preferred e-commerce partner through targeted campaigns and partnership value propositions.
• Deliver virtual and in-person training during onboarding and organise workshops on product development, digital merchandising and revenue growth.
• Conduct quality checks on listed products, manage photoshoots and ensure high-quality imagery.
• Collaborate with photographers, videographers and influencers to create marketing collateral.
• Develop local partnerships with fashion houses, agencies and industry stakeholders.
• Represent Ananse at industry events and community engagements to enhance visibility.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in fashion or a related business discipline.
• Experience in tailoring and the fashion industry.
• Strong regional fashion network.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
