About the role
The Preschool Head will provide instructional leadership and ensure the delivery of high‑quality early childhood education programs. This full‑time, onsite position reports to senior management and oversees the entire preschool operation.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the preschool department and set strategic direction.
- Supervise and mentor preschool teachers.
- Monitor curriculum implementation and assess learning outcomes.
- Support children’s developmental progress through age‑appropriate activities.
- Coordinate parent engagement and communication.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Required profile
- Degree in Early Childhood Education.
- Professional teaching qualification.
- Experience in preschool leadership preferred.
