Field Recruiter (Tarkwa)

About the role

G4S Ghana is seeking a proactive Field Recruiter to manage the sourcing, screening and hiring of security personnel for its operations in Tarkwa and nearby communities. The role involves building strong relationships with local leaders, educational institutions and employment agencies to maintain a steady talent pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Source and recruit qualified security staff through community outreach, job fairs and field activities.
• Develop and nurture relationships with community leaders, assembly members, schools and agencies.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, assessments and verify documentation.
• Organise recruitment campaigns and coordinate onboarding and pre‑employment paperwork.
• Maintain talent pipelines and provide regular recruitment reports.
• Ensure compliance with G4S recruitment policies and procedures.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Travel regularly across Tarkwa and surrounding districts to meet recruitment targets.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences or related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in recruitment, field recruitment, sales or community engagement.
• Experience recruiting large numbers of candidates is an advantage.
• Knowledge of recruitment processes and interview techniques.
• Valid Ghanaian driver’s licence (motorbike or vehicle) is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
