Financial Analyst – Planning, Reporting & Forecasting

About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail‑oriented Financial Analyst to support our financial planning, reporting and forecasting activities. The role will involve interpreting financial data, identifying trends and delivering insights that enable informed business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze financial data, business performance and operational metrics.
• Prepare financial reports, forecasts, budgets and management presentations.
• Develop and maintain financial models, spreadsheets and analytical tools.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability, cash flow and key financial indicators.
• Perform variance analysis and investigate differences between actual and planned results.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Collect, organize and validate financial information from multiple sources.
• Identify trends, risks, opportunities and areas for financial improvement.
• Conduct scenario analysis and financial projections to aid strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, Operations and other teams to gather and validate data.
• Maintain accurate financial models, databases and supporting documentation.
• Research financial and market information when required and ensure timely, consistent reporting.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
• Assist with special financial projects and process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Previous experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, finance or business analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven ability to prepare financial reports, forecasts, budgets and models.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and quantitative abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational and time‑management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Financial modeling and data analysis.
• Experience with accounting software, ERP systems, BI tools or financial databases.
