Finished Product Warehouse Issuing Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Finished Product Warehouse Issuing Manager to lead the end‑to‑end dispatch and issuing operations at our manufacturing facility. The role oversees planning, transportation, sales coordination, financial reconciliation, inventory control and system documentation while driving continuous improvement in a high‑volume environment.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage the finished‑goods issuing process, from planning to system reconciliation.
• Lead a large dispatch team, implementing a structured 5‑level issuing process.
• Train, supervise and evaluate issuing staff to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Analyze customer complaints related to dispatch errors, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Track performance data, worker productivity and efficiency; develop improvement plans based on analysis.
• Coordinate daily dispatch tasks, allocate resources and ensure timely shipment execution.
• Communicate with internal departments such as planning, production, transportation, sales, finance, security and HR.
• Oversee safety protocols for issuing, vehicle loading and incident handling; maintain accident records and promote proactive safety measures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of warehouse or logistics management experience in a large factory or industrial setting.
• Proven experience in dispatch, issuing or outbound logistics management.
• Strong team‑leadership experience, capable of managing 30+ staff members.
• Deep understanding of factory logistics operations, including planning, production, receiving, inventory and dispatch.
• Analytical and problem‑solving mindset with a data‑driven approach.
