Graphic Designer

About the role

The Graphic Designer will drive the visual identity and creative execution for Lexta Ghana’s portfolio of brands. This senior position combines brand leadership, motion graphics, and packaging design to deliver compelling storytelling across all media channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead creative direction and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Develop concepts for product launches, integrated campaigns, activations and seasonal promotions.
• Design motion graphics and animation for digital campaigns, TV ads, social media reels, TikTok videos, YouTube intros/outros and LED screen content.
• Create kinetic typography, GIFs, cinemagraphs and micro‑animations for digital marketing.
• Collaborate with video production teams to enhance commercials with visual effects.
• Produce advertising materials for ATL, BTL, digital, trade and experiential marketing.
• Design packaging, labels and production‑ready artwork while meeting regulatory standards.
• Direct product photography, guide styling, oversee image retouching and post‑production.
• Mentor junior designers, manage timelines and ensure high‑quality deliverables.

Required profile

• Senior‑level graphic designer with at least five years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to lead brand projects from concept to execution.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, animation and packaging work.
• Excellent visual storytelling and attention to detail.
