About the role
Aquantuo is seeking a dynamic Head of Marketing to shape and execute its marketing strategy across multiple African markets. You will be responsible for driving brand visibility, lead generation, member engagement, and overall growth for the company’s e‑commerce, logistics and fulfillment services.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and lead a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with revenue, route growth, retention and brand objectives.
- Strengthen Aquantuo’s brand positioning as a trusted, tech‑enabled cross‑border logistics partner, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
- Plan, launch and oversee multi‑channel campaigns for e‑commerce, 3PL, intra‑Africa trade, warehousing, shipping, customs support and last‑mile delivery.
- Oversee digital content creation for social media, website, email, WhatsApp, blogs, webinars and newsletters, ensuring clarity and commercial relevance.
- Collaborate with Sales and Country Leads to generate qualified leads, provide sales‑enablement materials and support conversion.
Required profile
- Commercially minded leader with a strong execution focus.
- Proven ability to translate business priorities into clear, measurable marketing campaigns.
- Experience managing multi‑market, multi‑segment marketing initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills and a data‑driven mindset.
