IT Technician – 3‑Star Hotel in Kumasi

About the role

The new 3‑star Golden Bean Hotel in Kumasi is preparing to open its doors and is looking for an IT Technician to join the launch team. This position will be based in the heart of Kumasi and will support the hotel's technology environment as it begins operations. The role offers the chance to work in a dynamic hospitality setting while interacting with a diverse staff and guest base.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day IT support for hotel staff and guests.
• Maintain and troubleshoot computer hardware, software and network equipment used throughout the hotel.
• Ensure that all IT systems remain operational during evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Required profile

• A pleasant disposition and the ability to work under pressure, including long hours, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Exposure to and ability to work with different cultures.
• A high level of personal integrity.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
