About the role
The Lead Caller will handle customer service and social media enquiries, generating qualified leads and appointments for Student Connect Ghana.
Key responsibilities
- Attend to customer service and social media enquiries.
- Make 80–150 calls per day with a 30–45% connect rate.
- Generate 3–6 qualified leads per day and achieve an appointment show rate above 60%.
- Maintain lead‑to‑application conversion of 10–25% and report pipeline data using Excel or Google Sheets.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- BSc degree holder with excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to change.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets.
