Lead Generation Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Lead Generation Specialist to build a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects for our sales team. The role focuses on researching target accounts, conducting high‑volume outreach across multiple channels, and qualifying leads to schedule meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential customers, companies, and target accounts.
• Build and maintain prospect lists based on defined customer profiles and sales criteria.
• Generate leads through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, social media, online research, and other channels.
• Qualify leads by evaluating needs, business requirements, interest, and fit.
• Engage prospects in initial outreach conversations and identify decision‑makers.
• Schedule qualified meetings and appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate prospect information in the CRM system.
• Track outreach activities, responses, conversions, and pipeline contribution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, and Marketing to improve lead‑generation strategies.

Required profile

• Previous experience in lead generation, business development, sales development, inside sales, or appointment setting.
• Proven ability to meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity or lead‑generation targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast‑paced environment with a reliable internet connection.
• Professional, proactive, organized, and results‑driven attitude.
