About the role
We are looking for a proactive Field Sales Associate to promote BIMA’s insurance products in Accra, Ghana. The role involves engaging customers, understanding their needs, and achieving sales targets while maintaining professional standards.
Key responsibilities
- Develop a thorough understanding of BIMA’s products and stay updated on changes.
- Engage potential and existing customers, educate them on offerings, answer questions and upsell where appropriate.
- Assess customer needs, recommend suitable products and build long‑lasting relationships.
- Meet or exceed sales targets while adhering to BIMA’s professionalism, quality, conduct and dress code.
- Accurately record customer and transaction details using BIMA’s tools and handle queries or complaints efficiently.
Required profile
- Minimum SHS/WASSCE qualification.
- Prior experience in field sales or field work is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
