Lift/Elevator Installer and Maintenance Officer

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Lift/Elevator Installer and Maintenance Officer to join our team in Accra. The role involves installing, servicing, and repairing lift and elevator systems while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Install new lift and elevator systems at various sites.
• Perform routine maintenance and servicing of existing elevators.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults.
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Carry out modernization projects and system upgrades.
• Prepare documentation, reports, and maintenance records.
• Interact with customers to address technical issues and provide solutions.

Required profile

• Diploma or certification in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience with lift/elevator installation and maintenance.
• Valid electrician or mechanical technician license; lift/elevator certification is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and problem‑solving ability.
• Physical stamina to handle heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, holidays, and travel across Accra and surrounding regions.
