About the role

The Takoradi Technical University is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to lead the upkeep of its campus facilities. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that the university’s built environment operates safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate maintenance activities across the university campus.
• Ensure that facilities maintenance systems operate effectively and comply with institutional standards.
• Manage infrastructure assets to support the university’s academic and administrative functions.

Required profile

• Minimum Master’s Degree in Built Environment, Estate Management, or a related field.
• Membership of the Ghana Institute of Engineers or a relevant professional body.
• Considerable post‑qualification practical, hands‑on experience in maintenance within a university or analogous institution.
