Manual QA Tester – Accra & Tema

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Manual QA Tester to ensure our software applications function correctly and meet quality standards before release. The role involves creating and executing test cases, documenting defects, and collaborating with development and product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Execute manual test cases and scenarios to verify software functionality.
• Review requirements, user stories, and specifications to identify testing needs.
• Create and maintain test cases, scripts, checklists and testing documentation.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, usability and exploratory testing.
• Identify, reproduce, document and track software bugs and defects.
• Retest resolved defects and conduct regression testing after updates.
• Test web applications across different browsers, devices and environments as required.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, designers and other stakeholders to resolve defects.
• Maintain accurate records of test results, defects and testing progress.
• Participate in release testing, quality validation and user acceptance testing when needed.

• Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to communicate technical issues clearly in written and verbal form.
• Organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple testing activities.
• Capability to work independently and collaborate with remote teams.
