Marketing Executive – Healthcare Services

About the role

Sunshine Healthcare LTD is looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive to promote its medical services to doctors, clinics and hospitals in Accra. The successful candidate will combine a pleasant personality with strong verbal and written communication to raise awareness of the company’s healthcare offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns targeting physicians, clinics and hospitals.
• Create promotional materials and digital content that highlight medical services.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision‑makers.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the local health sector.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Smart, pleasant personality with excellent communication skills.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing, preferably within the healthcare sector.
• HND, Diploma or Degree from a recognised institute.
• Based in Accra and able to work on‑site.
