Media Ops Director

About the role

Publicis West Africa is looking for a results‑driven Media Ops Director to lead media operations across 25 West African markets from our Accra office. You will oversee day‑to‑day workflows, vendor relationships and billing processes, ensuring integrated campaigns run smoothly and align with the agency’s media strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Head of Media and manage daily media department operations, including traffic, invoicing and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with regional planning, finance and account teams to deliver best‑in‑class integrated workflows and billing operations.
• Serve as the point of contact for billing requirements, escalations and system roll‑outs (Growth OS, ITS, Chase).
• Develop and implement strategic responses with strategists and planners to meet brand business and marketing needs.
• Generate accurate reports on campaign status, existing accounts and new business opportunities.
• Lead a team of media specialists, fostering a collaborative, growth‑oriented environment.

Required profile
