Medical Counter Assistant – Pharmacy Sales Role

About the role

AllDrugs Pharmacy is seeking a motivated Medical Counter Assistant to join its retail division. The role focuses on driving pharmacy sales, building customer relationships, and representing the brand at medical events across Accra and the Tema region.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets and increase market share within the designated territory.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adapt sales strategies.
• Attend medical conferences, workshops, and events to promote the company and expand professional networks.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and medical affairs teams to execute promotional campaigns.
• Maintain accurate customer records and submit regular sales reports using CRM tools.
• Stay informed on clinical data, industry regulations, and product knowledge.
• Provide after‑sales support and respond to customer inquiries promptly.

Required profile

• Pharmacy Council Certificate is mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within pharmaceutical, medical, or healthcare settings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer‑service orientation.
• Valid Ghana driving licence.
