Medical Sales Officer – Healthcare Business Development

About the role

The Medical Sales Officer will drive the restaurant’s growth within the healthcare sector by building relationships with hospitals, clinics and other medical institutions. The role focuses on promoting the restaurant’s food, catering and meal‑package services to healthcare professionals, staff and visitors, generating new business and increasing revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular visits to hospitals, clinics and healthcare centres to introduce the restaurant, its menu and catering options, and to build professional relationships with key stakeholders.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities, generate leads, prepare quotations and convert prospects into regular customers, meeting monthly and quarterly targets.
• Promote special meal packages, healthy options and corporate catering services, and coordinate with the marketing team on hospital‑focused campaigns.
• Maintain a database of healthcare contacts, track sales activities, submit weekly/monthly reports and provide market intelligence on competitor offerings and customer preferences.
• Coordinate with the restaurant’s operations team to ensure successful delivery of orders, events and group bookings for hospitals and related organisations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, HND or Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Public Relations or a related field.
• Previous experience in sales, business development, hospitality or healthcare marketing is preferred; experience working with hospitals or medical institutions is an advantage.
