About the role
The Medical Sales Representative will be based in Tema and will focus on promoting MSN Laboratories’ pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals. This full‑time, on‑site position involves building strong relationships, delivering excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and sell a portfolio of pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists and hospitals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to drive product adoption.
- Stay up‑to‑date with product knowledge, medical trends and competitor activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report performance.
- Implement sales strategies and execute territory plans, including extensive travel.
- Provide timely and professional support to client inquiries.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Life Sciences or a related field.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets in a medical or pharmaceutical environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective product presentation.
- Independent, self‑motivated and capable of managing a territory.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Required skills
- Knowledge of pharmacology and pharmaceutical products.
