National Service Personnel (NSP) – Marketing & Outreach

About the role

The National Service Personnel (NSP) will support Enlace Education Services’ marketing, outreach and client‑engagement activities on site in Accra. You will help promote the company’s educational programs, generate leads and assist with onboarding new students, parents and partner organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in telesales calls, follow up on leads and explain Enlace’s services.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, school visits, community events and promotional activities.
• Prepare basic marketing materials and update client and sales records.
• Gather feedback from prospective and existing clients and submit activity reports.
• Collaborate closely with sales, administrative and program teams to drive business growth.

Required profile

• Diploma in Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• Strong communication, persuasion and interpersonal abilities.
• Interest in sales, marketing, customer engagement and business development.
• Professional demeanor when interacting with students, parents, schools and organisations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with email applications.
• Experience using word‑processing software (e.g., Microsoft Word).
• Competence in spreadsheet tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
• Familiarity with social media platforms for promotional purposes.
