About the role
O.J. Beer is seeking a motivated Market Development Assistant to support brand growth and business development in Ghana. The role is remote and ideal for someone who enjoys market research and identifying partnership opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Research market opportunities in Ghana
- Identify potential distributors, retailers, bars, restaurants, wholesalers, and business partners
- Support outreach and lead generation activities
- Track competitor activity and local beverage market trends
- Help build local market contact lists and reports
- Assist with basic admin and coordination tasks related to market development
Required profile
- Experience or strong interest in sales, marketing, business development, or market research
- Good understanding of Ghana markets
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable doing online research and outreach
- Reliable internet connection and own laptop/computer
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
