About the role
The Airport View Hotel seeks a proactive Night Duty Manager to lead hotel operations during the night shift, ensuring guest satisfaction, safety, and smooth coordination across departments.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain a visible management presence throughout the night.
- Oversee all hotel operations, guaranteeing guest safety and satisfaction.
- Conduct briefings for night‑shift staff and communicate priorities.
- Act as manager on duty in the Front Office Manager’s absence, handling complaints, disturbances, special requests and problem‑solving.
- Coordinate activities between departments and ensure all team members complete assigned tasks.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar hotel management role.
- Strong communication, organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience in a 4‑ or 5‑star hotel environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with hotel Property Management Systems – EZEE and OPERA.
