About the role

Keda Ghana Ceramics Company Limited, a leading ceramics manufacturer in Ghana and West Africa, is looking for Cook Assistants to support kitchen operations. The role involves assisting in food preparation, cooking, maintaining cleanliness, and upholding hygiene standards in a fast‑paced catering environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation and cooking, following recipes and instructions.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas throughout the shift.
• Wash, dry, and store utensils and equipment after use.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards to ensure safe food handling.
• Support the catering team during peak periods by providing additional help.

Required profile

• JHS or SHS certificate (minimum educational requirement).
• Prior kitchen or catering experience is an advantage.
• Physically fit to handle the demands of a busy kitchen.
• Basic understanding of English to follow instructions.
• Strong hygiene awareness and commitment to cleanliness.
