Partner Success Lead – Onboarding & Relationship Management

About the role

The Partner Success Lead is the operational backbone for every venue joining Tabler’s hospitality platform. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will oversee the end‑to‑end onboarding process, ensure contracts are accurate and compliant, and maintain the quality of partner content displayed to guests.

Key responsibilities

• Manage onboarding from contract signature to live launch, including data collection, table‑layout configuration and partner readiness verification.
• Draft, send, track and archive service contracts, monitor renewal dates and ensure all partners acknowledge Tabler’s terms and privacy policy.
• Curate and update the guest‑facing timeline, selecting operators, ordering rows and guaranteeing visual standards for each listing.
• Prepare demo materials, maintain internal trackers, and contribute to weekly and month‑end reporting on onboarding pipelines and contract status.
• Build and maintain onboarding templates, checklists and documentation to keep the process scalable and consistent.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations or related field.
• 2+ years experience in client onboarding, contract management or operations, preferably in hospitality or a compliance‑driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail, process‑driven mindset and ability to work independently.
• Excellent written communication for drafting contracts and formal correspondence.
• Familiarity with Ghana’s business or legal landscape is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting.
• Basic design‑tool literacy (Canva, Figma or similar).
