Kitchen Assistant and Sales Attendant

About the role

Stacks and Rolls is looking for a motivated Kitchen Assistant and Sales Attendant to join its fast‑paced food service team in Accra (North Kaneshie). This full‑time, on‑site position combines kitchen support with front‑of‑house customer service, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for takeaway guests.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with basic food preparation, assemble menu items and follow recipes.
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Serve customers at the counter: take orders, process payments and provide product information.
• Restock supplies, set up displays and keep the service area tidy and welcoming.
• Work closely with the team during busy periods to deliver prompt, high‑quality service.
• Handle cash and basic sales transactions accurately.

Required profile

• Ability to follow food‑prep instructions and comply with hygiene practices.
• Strong customer‑service attitude with clear communication in English.
• Basic sales and cash‑handling skills.
• Good organization, time‑management and the ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
• Reliability, punctuality and a team‑oriented mindset.
• Prior experience in food service, retail or customer‑facing roles is an advantage, but not mandatory.
