Planning Officer

About the role

The Planning Officer supports daily planning and coordination activities to ensure smooth order processing, shipment preparation, and logistics execution. This role works closely with warehouse, transportation, and customs teams to maintain accurate records and meet delivery timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Apply for documents and create order numbers.
• Update Google Sheets and tracking tools.
• Create sales order numbers based on demand.
• Prepare packing lists and shipment documents.
• Coordinate with warehouse, transportation, and customs clearance teams.
• Follow up on transportation plans to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate records and support daily planning activities.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field (advantageous).
• Basic Excel and Google Sheets skills.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Practical, reliable, and highly responsible.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong execution and organizational skills.
