Plumber – Installation & Maintenance

About the role

GHS Housing Limited is seeking a qualified plumber to join its construction team in Accra. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and testing plumbing systems across residential projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble pipe sections, tubing and fittings using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, plastic solvent, caulking, soldering, brazing and welding equipment.
• Fill pipes or fixtures with water or air, monitor pressure gauges and locate leaks.
• Study building plans, inspect structures, determine material needs and plan the sequence of pipe installations.
• Prepare written cost estimates for work.
• Maintain accurate records of assignments and produce detailed work reports.

Required profile

• Formal qualification in Plumbing and Water Supply Installations.
• Ability to read and interpret building plans.
• Strong attention to detail and record‑keeping skills.
