Practice Lead – Training (Cybersecurity & Digital Skills)

About the role

The Practice Lead, Training will steer the firm’s training consulting business, creating and delivering high‑impact learning programmes for clients in cybersecurity and digital skills. Working closely with practice leads and the Consulting Chief Executive, the role blends operational leadership, business development and market research to meet performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of training proposals, plans and marketing strategies.
• Identify and qualify training opportunities through continuous research and client needs analysis.
• Integrate training services into client proposals and partnership agreements.
• Provide thought leadership during client consultations, drawing on industry best practices.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform training programme design.
• Collaborate with Research, Innovation & Development to track emerging trends and skills gaps.
• Serve as primary contact for all training‑related enquiries and initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with training partners, industry bodies and regulatory agencies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading training or learning‑and‑development functions, preferably within cybersecurity or digital skills domains.
• Strong business development acumen with a track record of meeting revenue targets.
• Excellent research and analytical abilities to translate market insights into actionable training solutions.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple practice areas and external partners.
