Quality Control Inspector – Softline

About the role

As a Quality Control Inspector for softline products, you will join QIMA’s Operations team to ensure that garments, textiles and footwear meet the company’s high standards of safety and quality. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will conduct inspections at supplier facilities, supervise container stuffing and deliver accurate reports.

Key responsibilities

• Check daily email for inspection documents and guidelines.
• Attend scheduled inspections on time and communicate professionally with suppliers.
• Perform product inspections according to QIMA procedures and AQL standards.
• Supervise container stuffing to ensure compliance with company guidelines.
• Complete and submit inspection reports within defined timelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in quality management for softlines, garments, textiles or footwear.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Strong attention to detail and professional ethics.

Required skills

• Knowledge of AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) standards.
• Familiarity with relevant safety and quality regulations.
• Experience with quality management processes in softline products.
