Regional Logistics Project Manager

About the role

Nestlé CWA is looking for a Regional Logistics Project Manager to lead logistics transformation and continuous‑improvement initiatives across the Central and Western African region. Based in Accra, the role will work closely with market teams and global stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency, strengthen capabilities, and keep logistics operations agile.

Key responsibilities

• Lead regional continuous‑improvement projects to boost logistics efficiency and effectiveness.
• Drive and oversee logistics projects covering transportation, warehousing, quality, and safety.
• Guide market teams in implementing process‑improvement initiatives and deploying GLOBE solutions.
• Monitor project performance, provide regular updates to key stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery.
• Support resolution of system and operational issues, collaborating with offshore teams as needed.
• Validate role assignments within GLOBE, promote system adoption, and assist with digital logistics tools.
• Identify capability gaps, coach super‑user networks, and deliver training.
• Contribute to automation and digitalisation efforts to reduce distribution costs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Solid experience in end‑to‑end supply‑chain operations, especially transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Proven project‑management and data‑analytics expertise with a regional focus.
• Strong operational mindset and track record of delivering continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Ability to work across multiple markets and adapt to varied operational environments.
• Experience acting as a liaison between regional and global stakeholders.
