Sales Marketer – Insurance

About the role

The Sales Marketer will work on‑site in Accra promoting AssureAdvisors' insurance products. You will generate leads, build relationships with clients and agents, and support the full sales cycle from prospecting to policy onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective clients across the Accra and Tema region.
• Explain insurance options, prepare tailored proposals and follow up to close sales.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and new business opportunities.
• Participate in promotional events and marketing activities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and policy servicing.
• Report on sales performance and pipeline status regularly.

Required profile

• Strong sales and client‑relationship abilities with a focus on closing deals.
• Willingness to learn insurance products or existing knowledge of brokerage services.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for explaining complex information.
• Basic marketing and outreach experience, including lead generation and networking.
• Highly organized with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
• Comfortable working on‑site in Accra and collaborating with an independent agent network.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance or a related field is preferred; prior sales or financial‑services experience is an advantage.
