Software Product Manager

About the role

Esoko is seeking a talented, ambitious, and self‑directed Software Product Manager to lead product lifecycles from conception through launch. You will shape product strategy, identify market gaps, and work closely with engineering and UX teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to understand needs, competition, and emerging opportunities.
• Gather and clarify product enhancement requirements from internal and external customers.
• Prioritise and manage enhancements for existing and new products.
• Create detailed Product Requirements Specifications for development teams.
• Coordinate with development to ensure timely delivery of agreed functionalities.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle, including release planning, launch, and post‑launch activities.
• Drive product roadmaps based on market insights and customer feedback.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of product development experience in an IT environment.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Strong product management expertise, translating business needs into functional specifications.
• Proven interpersonal, communication, and decision‑making abilities.
• Experience in software development, quality assurance, or application support is a plus.
• Familiarity with traditional and Agile software project lifecycles.
• Self‑starter attitude with a collaborative team spirit.
