About the role
The Special Assistant to the President supports the President of Groupe Nduom in Accra, ensuring he has timely access to information, people, and resources needed to set priorities, make decisions, and engage with stakeholders. The role offers significant growth potential within the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a member of the President’s executive staff, contributing to strategic discussions.
- Increase productivity and organization of the Office of the President, focusing on technology, AI, and automation.
- Facilitate communication with the Board in partnership with the President.
- Manage meeting requests, scheduling, and appointment coordination.
- Conduct research and prepare briefing documents for meetings.
- Coordinate travel, create agendas, and ensure high‑impact focus during trips.
- Prepare internal and external communications, including memos and presentations.
- Generate expense reports, reconcile reimbursements, and track project timelines.
- Lead special projects and autonomous assignments as required.
Required profile
- Minimum five years of experience interacting with senior‑level individuals in public or private sectors.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- High level of discretion, sound judgment, and a positive, flexible attitude.
- Alignment with Groupe Nduom’s mission, vision, and core values.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Comfort with AI tools and new technology, including basic troubleshooting.
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize multiple projects, and solve problems effectively.
