Technical Support Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to deliver enterprise‑level assistance to our customers. In this role you will diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues, guide installations, and act as a trusted point of contact for technical problems.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware, and network problems for enterprise clients.
• Configure operating systems and set up applications using remote‑desktop tools.
• Provide prompt support via email and chat for routine IT queries.
• Handle more complex issues through phone calls and detailed written instructions or manuals.
• Maintain clear documentation of incidents and solutions.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, Linux) are a strong plus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
• Customer‑focused mindset and a natural inclination to help users solve problems.
