Ticketing & Reservation Sales Officer

About the role

Dellics Travels Ghana is seeking a motivated Ticketing/Reservation & Sales Officer to join its on‑site team in Tema. You will be the primary point of contact for customers looking to book airline tickets, travel packages, and related services, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable booking experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle airline ticket sales and reservations using the company’s booking platforms.
• Provide expert travel consultations and recommend suitable products such as tours, insurance, hotel bookings, diaspora tourism, study‑abroad programs, and visa assistance.
• Process bookings accurately, manage customer inquiries, and ensure smooth sales transactions.
• Identify new sales opportunities, build strong client relationships, and work towards achieving sales targets.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of reservations and follow company procedures for ticketing and documentation.

Required profile

• Proficiency in ticket sales and reservation processes with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Strong sales aptitude, capable of identifying opportunities and closing deals.
• Ability to multitask, solve problems proactively, and work under pressure.
• Previous experience in a travel agency or related industry is an advantage.
• Diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
