Track Driver – Railway Operations (4 Vacancies)

About the role

The Ghana Railway Development Authority is looking for four experienced Track Drivers to operate rail‑road vehicles that support freight operations and routine maintenance on the railway network. You will work on‑site, ensuring safe and efficient transport of loads and luggage across the system.

Key responsibilities

• Operate rail‑road vehicles for freight and maintenance tasks.
• Conduct routine inspections of track vehicles before and after use.
• Coordinate movements with control teams and train operators.
• Maintain accurate trip logs, report defects, and follow railway operational procedures.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s licence (Class E, F or equivalent).
• Minimum of 3 years experience driving heavy‑duty or rail‑environment vehicles.
• Basic knowledge of railway operations, safety procedures and mechanical awareness.
