About the role

The Vehicle Accounting Specialist will manage all financial aspects related to self‑owned vehicle drivers, ensuring accurate and timely payments. This role supports the transport team by maintaining precise records, reconciling accounts, and preparing reports for management. It offers an opportunity to work within a leading ceramics manufacturer while contributing to efficient logistics finance.

Key responsibilities

• Process payments to self‑owned vehicle drivers based on trip logs.
• Maintain accurate financial records and perform regular reconciliations.
• Track trip logs, calculate driver earnings, and verify supporting documentation.
• Prepare periodic financial reports for senior management.
• Coordinate with the transport team to keep driver records up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Prior experience in accounting or finance functions.
• Strong attention to detail and high sense of integrity.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
