Waiter/Waitress – Food & Beverage Service

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable wait staff to join our Food & Beverage team. You will be the face of the hotel’s dining experience, ensuring guests receive prompt and courteous service.

Key responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders from guests and deliver them efficiently.
• Set up, maintain, clean, and clear tables, glasses, and dishes, transporting items to the kitchen as needed.
• Stock service areas with coffee, food items, tableware, and linens.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system accurately.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and floor staff to maintain smooth service flow.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 20 years.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Capability to work unsupervised and stand for long periods.
• Reliability in handling money and operating POS equipment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Excellent English communication.
