About the role

The Achievers in Technology (AIT) Ghana Program is a 12‑month paid national service placement designed for recent technology graduates. Participants work on real‑world software projects, receive mentorship from experienced professionals, and build a portfolio that showcases impact‑driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Engage in hands‑on technical training sessions.
• Develop software solutions that address business and community challenges.
• Contribute to end‑to‑end development cycles, from design to deployment.
• Collaborate with peers and mentors in workshops and peer‑learning activities.
• Strengthen problem‑solving, critical thinking, communication, and teamwork abilities.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technology field.
