AC Technician

About the role

We are looking for a skilled AC Technician to join our property management team, servicing residential and commercial buildings across Accra and the Tema region. The role involves installing, maintaining and repairing air‑conditioning and HVAC systems to ensure tenant comfort and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Install, replace and commission new AC units and control systems in both residential and commercial properties.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance such as filter cleaning, refrigerant level checks, electrical inspections and condensate line flushing.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical and electronic faults in HVAC equipment and carry out timely repairs or part replacements.
• Respond to emergency service requests to minimise downtime for tenants.
• Conduct regular system inspections to assess performance, identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain accurate service logs, parts records and maintenance reports.

Required profile

• Certificate in electrical, electronics, AC installation or HVAC systems.
• Minimum 2–3 years of hands‑on experience as an AC Technician, preferably in real‑estate or property‑management environments.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑service mindset.
