AI/Digital Tool Consultant for Leadership Retreat

About the role

WUSC is seeking a hands‑on AI/Digital Tool Consultant for a short‑term engagement (up to 8 days) to support its Global Leadership Team retreat in Accra, Ghana. The consultant will audit the retreat context, design and facilitate a 3‑hour workshop on AI and digital tools, and help staff prepare demo solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Audit the Global Leadership Team retreat on November 16‑17 to understand current workflows, objectives, and challenges.
• Design and lead a 3‑hour "AI and Digital Tools" workshop on November 18, focusing on practical use of Google Workspace AI features.
• Prepare and showcase AI‑enabled tools with selected staff members ahead of the workshop.
• Contribute to broader retreat discussions on AI risks and the future of WUSC.
• Provide recommendations and live demonstrations to address identified workflow problems.

Required profile

• Expertise in Google Workspace and its AI capabilities (Gemini, Gems, Notebook).
• Proven experience facilitating workshops and training sessions for senior leaders.
• Strong analytical skills to audit operational contexts and identify digital improvement opportunities.
• Ability to communicate complex AI concepts in clear, actionable terms.
